Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and operational excellence across borders? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sub-Region Head (Eastern Region) to lead our commercial operations across multiple countries.

As an Sub-Region Head (Eastern Region), you will be responsible for implementing our Marketing & Sales strategy in alignment with company and Business Unit priorities. You will lead country organizations to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets, manage the sub-regional P&L, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

•    Growth & Profitability: Drive sustainable sales growth, gain market share, and manage sub-regional P&L
•    Operational Excellence: Optimize commercial operations, ensure compliance, and lead process improvements
•    Leadership: Mentor and develop country heads, foster a high-performance culture, and support succession planning
•    Strategic Alignment: Ensure BU targets are met and pipeline plans are executed effectively
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•    Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies
•    Lead operations across 10+ countries 
•    Manage a significant annual budget 
•    Oversee teams of 200+ professionals 
 

What we expect

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•    Experience: Minimum 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years in leadership roles.

•    You worked as a Country Manager previously

•    Skills: 
o    Strategic thinking and results-driven leadership 
o    Strong financial acumen and P&L management 
o    Cross-functional collaboration and change management 
o    Fluency in English 
o    Willingness to travel extensively
