Job Scope
- Serving as an air traffic controller for the leader and the senior team
- Act as an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed
- serve as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization
- Support the CEO communication to key stakeholders
Primary duty is to make time, information and decision making more effective for the Executive Committee.
Your Responsibilities
- Support all activities aim to align the Executive Committee meetings with all strategic planning and monitoring activities in a global framework (yearly management of key meeting schedule)
- Support the administrative activities to ensure that all meeting preparation, and post meeting activities are executed according to the established workflow
- Support the preparation for the meeting by providing platform (presentation platform + way of working fits to the issue) to describe issues and performance, progress efficiently
- Support to improve the submitted content quality, ensures that the content quality makes possible engaging discussion
- Ensure content consistency with quarterly, yearly and strategic planning/input from level 2 meetings (eg. QBR, financial planning)
- Overview the data quality of the submitted preparatory materials and escalate for challenge if necessary
- Align input cross functionally if necessary to collect comments, evaluation for the proposed agenda points
- Ensure that key information to prepare the CEO/EC for the committee meetings is available
- Prepares the biweekly communication of decisions for distribution according to RACI
- Ensure that non-committee members with key responsibility get regular information about all key decisions
- Follow up the agreed actions and provide support to responsible to ensure execution
