Your responsibilities
- Align the EC meetings with all strategic planning and monitoring activities in a global framework (affiliates yearly planning and QBR’ aligned as well)
- set up the committee meeting structure, plan and design the meetings
- pre-discuss and set the agenda points for the committee meetings with a focus on strategic decision, and matters having high cross-functional impact
- act as the first stage gate for subjects to be discussed on the EC level, ensure the decision made on the right authority level
- support the preparation for the meeting by providing platform (presentation platform + way of working fits to the issue) to describe issues and performance, progress efficiently
- assess the submitted content quality, ensures that the content quality makes possible engaging discussion and can lead to decision making
- ensure content consistency with quarterly, yearly and strategic planning/input from level 2 meetings (eg. QBR, financial planning)
- challenge the data quality of the submitted preparatory materials if necessary
- align input cross functionally if necessary to collect comments, evaluation for the proposed agenda points
- ensure that strategic choices are well prepared for discussion and the EC can have insightful cooperation and decision
- act as an enabler of cross functional learnings and an opportunity to learn from and address common gaps and requirements with regards capabilities and potentially corporate wide competency gaps
- prepares the CEO/EC for the committee meetings, highlight the key issues and focus points
- prepares the agenda and the meeting memorandums, clearly assessing the decision
- share the information according to RACI
- overview the strategic programs, ensure proposed strategic project submission quality meets EC expectation and align based on logical, content, process, and data&technology perspective with the existing projects
- the office can identify and address corporate wide processes’ that can be improved, thereby impacting the output of all business units
- the office can propose synergies with respect to operations and best practices between the business units and will drive the business towards common standards where required
Your background
- MBA degree
- fluency in English
- experience in executive consulting
- project management experience
- experience in finance management
