International Brand Manager
Why joining us?
You will contribute to generating, continuously updating and implementing the global brand strategy and actionplan for Richter’s Biotechnology and Rheumatology/ Osteoporosis brands (“RIO” brands). You willbe managing the local (affiliate level) implementation of the brand strategies of Richter’s RIO brands with theaim of maximizing the profit/value for Gedeon Richter.
Your daily tasks will be
- Drive head-quarter commercial launch preparations of RIO brands
- To contribute to generating, continuously updating and implementing the central tactics
- To organize and manage external and internal international educational events in close collaboration with Medical and other stakeholders
- To generate, continuously update global promotional and educational materials in close collaboration with Medical
- As basis for above build and maintain a deep understanding of the value proposition (such as competitiveness, differentiation, unique selling points)
- To contribute to regular quarterly business reviews with Gedeon Richter’s affiliates and to review and if needed challenge the product forecasts, business strategy and business cases
- As basis for above build and maintain a deep understanding of affiliate’s brand ambitions and action plan
- Jointly with the local organizations to identify further growth opportunities for these existing products, such as Life-Cycle-Management (LCM)- opportunities or revision/ updating the commercial brand strategy considering competition and changing market dynamics
- Manage relationships with service providers / agencies
We are looking for these in your CV
- At least Master’s degree, preferably in Natural Sciences, alternative in Economics
Language skills: fluency in English, another European language most welcome
Competencies:
Deep understanding of pharma/ biotech Rx / specialty care markets, commercial value chain andrelevant stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills paired with strategic and conceptual thinking
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and adapted to targeted audience
Strong business mindset and can-do attitude
Proactive, quick learner and able to flexibly manage several projects in parallel
Ability to analyze IQVia sales and to generate forecasts for brands and SCUs
Prior work experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the Rx/ specialty pharmaceutical industry in a marketing or medical expert position in an international (above country) environment
Special requirements:
Willingness to travel internationally
