Biotech R&D QA manager

What you'll do

Lead nad develop the Biotech R&D QA team
QA support of the Biotechnology Business Unit at Budapest site and at Debrecen site
Act as an SME in technology transfers, product- and QC method developments
Handle quality records in the main quality systems
Follow-up, maintain and develop the main quality KPIs and the quality culture
Prepare and participate in audits/inspections

What you'll bring

• Educational background as a pharmacist, microbiologist, biotech engineer and experience in quality management on a biotech/pharmaceutical site
• Fluid English both verbally and in writing
• Excellent communication skills and analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
• Proactive, collaborative, and carry a sense of responsibility
• Autonomy, reactivity, results oriented personality
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for quality roles such as quality control, assurance, and systems management
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, cGMP, computerized systems, including the MS Office suite
