Senior Process Analyst

About the role

The Sen. Process Analyst is accountable for the accurate and standardized documentation of processes and process management assets and for the use of process management methodologies and tools. This role is mainly focused on the HOW the work of the organization is done, rather than WHAT is done. However, as a Process Analyst, if capacity allows, the Sen. Process Analysts grabs their end of the analysis work as well: They may execute analysis, process mapping and modelling and impact analysis of process change initiatives as well.

Your tasks

• Defining Business Process Management principles, practices, and standards and the Process Governance Repository (containing process map, IT tools, templates, guidelines etc.)
• Ensuring that Business Process Management principles, practices, and standards are scalable across the current and expected future scope of the Business Process Management implementation.
• Providing guidance, mentorship, and training on best practices and standards, and enforcing compliance with them. 
• Allocation and management of Process Analysts to target processes in accordance with Process Management Agenda
• Planning the needed process analyst resources and participating in the recruitment process of those (in- and outsourced)
• Working together with the process owners 

Your experience

• At least 7 years of experience in business process management, business process reengineering or process governance. Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Process mapping; modelling; analysis; improvement and  implementation
• The tools, methodologies and way of work to support these activities
• Systematic and Analytical thinking and appropriate reasoning skills
• Presentation skills, and a skill to influence others
• Experience with process documentation tools and methodologies
• Management, training experience, prioritization, and communication skills
• Excellent written, formal and descriptive communication skills, familiarity with documentation needs and standards, analytical detail-oriented thinking, acquaintance with process management
