is looking for a colleague to fill the position of
Supply Planning Excellence Specialist
Place of work: Budapest
Tasks:
- You define and maintain global supply chain standard on a global scale, including our subsidiaries world-wide
- Continuously develop, harmonize, and standardize end-to-end supply planning processes
- Enhance and align subsidiary planning processes with global standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
- You regularly review the product portfolio to optimize planning and resource allocation
- Provide actionable recommendations to balance workloads and achieve effective planning outcomes
- Ensure sufficient finished goods inventory levels, including safety and cycle stock
- You prepare alternative production and supply scenarios for the S&OP cycle to address capacity constraints
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine planning parameters to improve forecast and planning accuracy
- Maintain and enhance KPI reporting tools and documentation to ensure clear visibility of inventory levels, planning adherence, and optimal parameter settings
- You standardize and clarify end-to-end supply chain KPI definitions for transparency and alignment
- Analyze end-to-end supply KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
- Own and continuously develop supply planning tools (e.g., stockout analysis, inventory projections) in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training programs to strengthen the skills of the supply planning team
- You support and coach planners in system usage, parameter settings, and root cause analysis
- Create and update training resources and quick-reference guides to enhance team performance
- Act as the supply planning lead in cross-functional initiatives, master data changes, and process optimization efforts
- You represent the supply planning function in cross-functional projects, master data changes, and process improvement initiatives
- Represent the supply chain function in meetings and S&OP reviews, driving alignment and supporting decision-making
Education and Qualifications
- University degree
- Fluent (business-level) English
What are we looking for in your CV
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- 2–3 years of experience in supply planning
- 1–3 years of process development experience in the supply chain field
