Senior Product Information Manager
About the role
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Product Information Manager to lead regulatory data initiatives, take part in maintain our Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS), and drive technology transformation projects. This role is central to ensuring data integrity, regulatory operation performance efficiency, and regulatory compliance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Data Management
- Manage the creation, governance, and quality of product registration and regulatory master data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global submission standards
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives and support data stewards with validation and guidance
RIMS Maintenance
- Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades with IT and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RA, Quality, IT) to streamline regulatory workflows and improve system usability
- Train users and support audits by ensuring timely access to regulatory documentation
Technology Transformation Projects
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities that can develop into projects
- Develop project plans, manage stakeholders, change management, and ensure smooth transition
Your profile
- Degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or IT
- 5+ years’ experience in the regulatory field, preferably with experience in data and/or system management
- Experience with Veeva or similar RIM/Regulatory systems
- Proven track record in leading projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
