Senior Process Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Process Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management & Standardization
-
Ensure accurate and standardized documentation of business processes and process management assets

Focus on how work is performed across the organization, driving consistency and efficiency

Apply and promote process management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Business Process Management Framework
-
Define and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards

Develop and manage the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)

Ensure scalability of BPM practices across current and future organizational needs
Analysis & Process Improvement

Conduct process analysis, mapping, modelling, and impact assessments for process change initiatives

Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
Leadership & Resource Management

Allocate and manage Process Analysts in line with the Process Management Agenda

Plan resource needs and participate in recruitment (internal and external)

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training on process management standards and best practices
-
Ensure compliance with defined methodologies and governance
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams
-
Support alignment between business needs and process execution
Requirements
- Experience & Background
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Reengineering, or Process Governance
- Strong expertise in process mapping, modelling, analysis, improvement, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with process documentation tools and methodologies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, and people management
- Strong prioritization and communication abilities
- High level of attention to detail and structured, formal documentation skills
Language & qalifications
- English knowledge above intermediate level
- University or college degree
