Senior Planning Analyst

Your daily tasks will be

  • To generate, continuously update and implement  ideally in Power BI the global commercial    sales and costs forecasting and  monitoring system for relevant GR  affiliates,  generate  and  update  dashboards, provide insights for the commercial team and Biotech management
  • To execute ad-hoc analysis for evaluation of business potential and investment needs  pertaining to a RIO product or an affiliate
  • To generate, continuously update and implement the global  forecasting and  monitoring system for the promotional activities according to the elements of the promotional mix, target groups, activity type,  sales channel etc.
  • To prepare the QBRa with affiliates as regards the commercial RIO portfolio, to highlight to  Biotech Marketing  and management, critical points for discussion and to summarize  the  QBR outcomes  for management
  • To analyze the Marketing plans of affiliates together with Marketing considering  the overall market  and  competitive situation

We are looking for these in your CV

  •  Master’s degree in economics or Finance

  • Professional usage of the Power BI and  management of large excel  files
  • Language skills: fluency in English
  • Competencies:
    • Excellent analytical skills paired with big picture view and attention to details
    • Proactive, quick learner and able to flexibly work on several projects in parallel
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written and adapted to targeted audience
    • Business mindset and can-do attitude
    • Understanding of the Pharma market
  • Prior work experience:
    •  Minimum 3 years of experience as commercial Controller or  Business Analyst / Data analyst in the international Pharma industry
