Senior M&A Associate

The role

• Implementation of financial control of the Company's M&A activities, including financial analysis and modelling, preparation of detailed analyzes supporting and preparing managerial decisions and related financial models, as well as analysis of financing opportunities
• Participation in M&A screening and selection processes, as well as project management and coordination tasks with partner areas
• Preparation of company and other asset evaluations, including the preparation of models and the entire management decision support package (e.g. sensitivity studies, preparation of presentation materials)
• Active support of the process of integration or separation following M&A activity
• In relation to all tasks, continuous contact with the main stakeholders and a high degree of independence in requesting, analyzing and providing feedback on data

Your experience

• Advanced economics (MSc / BSc) degree
• Negotiation-level knowledge of English (knowledge of another language is an advantage)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
