Senior HR mobility specialist

Your daily tasks

In this role, you will be a member of the Compensation & Benefits team within HR and is required to have a global mobility background. You will be working closely with HRBP's, Recruitment, HR Admin, Legal, Payroll, Tax to operate an efficient mobility system.

•    Developing and adapting mobility policy and processes
•    Managing a variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration, expatriates until signing the contract
•    Advise and guide managers, recruiters, HRBP's in mobility issues
•    Coordinating mobility vendor (tax, immigration, consulting, etc.) tenders
•    Coordinating projects with external vendors and internal teams
•    Participating in Compensation & Benefits projects, tasks

What brings you aboard

•    Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies
•    Completed University/College studies
•    Good written and spoken English (Hungarian is an advantage)
•    Confidential usage of MS Office
•    Ability to improve processes and to identify potential problems and issues easily
•    We are open to part-time employment
