Senior Global Medical Advisor
to join or Medical team in Budapest.
Main purpose of the position
You will be a member of the Traditional and Branded Generic Unit (Global Medical Division), providing high-quality scientific support to product lifecycle management activities and to the global marketing teams, with relations to certain therapeutic areas of focus. You will build and maintain relationships with key external (healthcare professionals, patient organizations, scientific societies), and internal (regulatory, business development, and marketing) stakeholders.
Your task
- Be the medical expert for the therapeutic area, outline the forseable trends on the therapeutic field, based on professional and therapeutic experience, knowledge
- Define medical and clinical strategy: have an in-depth understanding of key therapeutic fields through monitoring of therapeutic guidelines, standard of care, unmet medical need, reports, op-eds and precedents
- Build generic clinical strategy, representation and optimalization according to prevailing development interests
- Provide medical input for generic portfolio management in line with Richter Gedeon's strategy and conceptualization of clinical development pathways
- Ensure consistent and extended medical guidance through the whole duration of generic development be the medical lead in the core team. Starting from the pipeline phase, identify key factors that define the direction of development and represent it cross-disciplinary.
- Develop an maintain in-depth knowledge of disease areas and their management of relevant company products
We are looking for these skills in your CV
- Medical or pharmacy degree
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is elemental in this position
- Practical experience in designing or evaluating pharmacokinetic or bioequivalence clinical studies.
- Knowledge related to studies conducted outside the EU, especially on the EAEU area.
