Senior Global Medical Advisor CNS

Responsibilites

• Preparation of innovative LCM concepts. This innovative approach should be reflected in all actions and recommendations associated to the Global Medical Advisor’s assigned tasks and responsibilities. The Global Medical Advisor must comply with the current job description. During the described activities solutions should be developed that can be the scope of intellectual property.
• Execution of product management tasks (incl. organization of conferences / product specific events, compilation of medical and digital website materials, preparation / finalization of publications / posters)
• Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the product and the relevant therapeutic area
• Proactive recognition, exploration and escalation of all issues / problems arising in connection with the given product / therapeutic area; preparation of decisions/proactive proposal of solutions
• KOL management, widening collaboration to Professional Societies and investigators. Establishing strong professional relationships and providing credible scientific expertise. Identify areas of shared scientific interest and advance partnerships
• Medical insights generation, including, but not limited to scientific advisory boards organization and management
• Medical planning: development of global medical plans and supervision of their i implementation, serving an aligned brand plan
• Maintaining relations with Affiliates’ medical teams: support best practice sharing sessions, bilateral communication on product, medical strategy execution
• Collaboration with Partners’ Medical teams: joint development of medical communication, alignment and cascading to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain highest standards of medical governance including but not limited to global medical and marketing materials approval
• Provides suggestions for medical budget development on products of responsibility
• Product medical trainings, including preparation and execution
• Provides medical support for Gedeon Richter clinical research programs, preparation of synopses of clinical studies, advise for CDP as per scope of expertise

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Life or Health Science (medical, pharmacy, or CNS specific field)
• Fluent business and professional English language skills
• Responsibility

• Understanding/ability to read and interpret clinical data and study design/publications
• Experience in working with KOLs in 1:1 and group setting
• Cooperation, problem-solving approach
