Senior Global Medical Advisor (Women's Health)
to join or Medical team in Budapest.
Position summary
The Global Medical Advisor contributes to the development of medical strategy and provides medical input and medical guidance ensuring support for pipeline shaping in the given therapeutic area. He/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining medical and scientific dialogue with multiple internal & external stakeholders, including external experts, key opinion/thought leaders and development partners.
Therapeutic field: Women’s Healthcare
Your responsibilities
- You bring in-depth knowledge of development projects and related therapeutic areas, including follow-up of standard of care, unmet medical needs, regulatory guidelines, reports, opinions, precedents and competitors
- You will participate in the development of the Women’s Health portfolio, as well as making proposals for pipeline expansion
- You will be responsible for the preparation of clinical development plans and planning, execution and analysis of clinical trials
- As a Global Medical Advisor, you will liaise with external experts and partners on development projects
- Medical assessment of potential in-licensing projects and new project opportunities, including medical potential, medical-regulatory considerations
- You will represent the medical and clinical development aspects in decision-making processes
Required skills and knowledge
- Medical degree, preferable with clinical expertise
- Experience in the field of gynaecology
- Work experience gained in international environment of the pharmaceutical industry in clinical development and/or medical affairs (at least 3-5 years of relevant experience)
- Hands-on experience in global clinical development
- Ability to critically evaluate the scientific literature and data
- Excellent command of English language, English is our working language
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Good process approach and synthesizing ability
