Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain high-quality business and requirement documentation
- Review, evaluate, and provide professional feedback on vendor and supplier documentation
- Provide continuous consulting and analytical support throughout the full project lifecycle
- Work closely with IT project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Review and validate preliminary business requirement documents and solution concepts
- Support vendor selection processes by providing expert consultation and professional evaluation
- Cooperate with adaptive business partners during analysis and decision-making phases
- Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of IT (AIT) processes and policies
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and requesting business units
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Use project and portfolio management (PPM) tools at a proficient level
- Perform business process owner, system owner, technical owner, or quality assurance roles for assigned systems
Reguirements
- Education: University or college degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise IT environment
- Languages: Confident English language skills, sufficient for professional communication (spoken and written)
