About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Stream Project Manager who will manage the Material Planning Plan to Produce process stream in our global, SAP S4 HANA, digital transformation program, the SM4RT.

A successful Process Stream Project Manager has a good mix of business & technical acumen and a demonstrated capability of leading a team and delivering results. She / he also knows the SAP Plan to Produce module either from user or technical perspective and has hands on direct experience in production planning.

He / she will be part of a highly professional, rapidly growing, enthusiastic team and will also be supported by dedicated change management & communication experts.

This job is hybrid, a combination of home office and regular onsite presence in the company’s HQ in Budapest.

About the program

The goal of SM4RT program is to undertake the smart greenfield SAP S/4HANA system implementation with related 3rd party systems in 43 companies of the Group.

The scope covers 5   end-to-end processes, which are Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce (both production and logistics), Plan to Maintain and Report to Record (both accounting and controlling). In addition to them, Quality Management is also considered as a separate process stream. This multi-year business process redesign programme is of huge magnitude and organized in multiple preparatory projects and process streams. The program currently focuses on high level concept design, making decisions on guiding principles and aligning on the plan that will form the basis for specification and implementation phases. The program is supported by multiple external advisory firms.  

Your tasks

• Initiation and management of the process streams based on the classic standard project management methodology and in line with Project Foundation Document as well as SM4RT Program Governance
• Supporting the process stream members in their efforts
  - to identify the gaps between Richter’s AsIs processes and the ToBe S4HANA best practises
  - to finalize their requirements with respect to an S4HANA transformation
  - to set up the ToBe S4HANA process map, relevant for the Material Planning department
• Ensuring constant alignment and information flow with internal business units and the SM4RT program management team members
• Identifying and owning all cases that need to be reviewed and decided upon at program level as per SM4RT Program Management principles and governance
• Supporting process based mindset change within the Stream to increase process governance corporate maturity
• Identifying and managing risks
• Paying extra attention to keeping focus and scope as agreed  
• Coordinating related RFP activities and supervising, managing the contracted vendors
• Once requirements are approved at program level (next Program phase) managing the implementation of process improvements and standardization opportunities

Your experience

• 10+ years professional experience in line management and / or projects in the field of production planning and logistics in a multinational group and manufacturing environment
• Logistic experience at a manufacturing company
• Deep knowledge of PP module and CO, MM module integration  
• Deep Knowledge of SKU materials and PP master data domains (BOM, routing, production version, resources)
• Proven experience with Product costing (from Production side)
• Proven experience with S&OP system and MES system integration
• Proactivity
• Ability to oversee local AsIs situation and to pick up domain knowledge quickly
• Outstanding problem solving, communication, cooperation skills
• Proficiency in English
