R&D Program Manager

Your daily tasks as an R&D Program Manager

Real cross-functional leadership of R&D projects
Managing the complexity of the pharma industry with an end-to-end approach
Incorporation of the different functions into a joint project team leveraging your leadership skills
Defining and maintaining the optimal project strategy
Guiding the team’s focus on the project’s target during the whole cycle
Assessing and managing the opportunities & risks, costs, and timelines
Budget planning and handling
Decision-making and escalation to top management
Internal and external stakeholder management

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the pharma industry
Project management skills: technical, human, and practical capabilities
Fluent English
Strong coordinative, stakeholder management, and communication skills, solution-focused attitude
Scientific or economics degree
