Project assistant

About the role

We are looking for Project assistant who will support in our global digital transformation program, the SM4RT.

A successful Project assistant must be a resilient, team player, self-motivated personality with strong coordination ability.

He / she will be part of a highly professional, rapidly growing, enthusiastic team and will also have opportunity to develop professionally & advance in your career as a Junior Project Manager.

This job is hybrid, a combination of home office and regular onsite presence in the company’s HQ in Budapest.

Your tasks

  • keeping up-to-date databases of PMO
  • supporting resource planning, timesheet & risk management processes
  • preparing regular & ad-hoc portfolio reports
  • organizing & coordinating regular PMO and program / project related forums & ad-hoc meetings, preparing minutes thereof
  • assisting in the preparation of management presentations
  • supporting the integration of new colleagues & trainees entering the program
  • supporting the other daily activities of PMO

Your educational attainment

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree

Your experience

  • Relevant professional experience (min. 3-5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good problem solving & communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Structured thinking
  • Ability & need to learn
  • Comfort in dynamically changing environment
  • Fluency in written & spoken English & native Hungarian
