Program Content Coordinator
General scope
The Program Content Coordinator supports the SAP S/4 program by ensuring that project-related communications are delivered in line with the company’s governance, internal communication strategy and standards.
The role acts as a key contact between the SAP S/4 project team, external vendors, IT, communication team and global stakeholders in different countries. This position is professionally responsible for the execution and coordination of program’s communication activities.
Main responsibilities
- Participates in the preparation and execution of group-level communication and change management plans by understanding complex ERP transformation project phases, change impacts, and transformation drivers.
- Supports communication related to ERP implementation initiatives in areas such as process redesign, data migration, training, testing, and role changes by preparing accurate, clear and relevant project communication content.
- Coordinates communication timing and alignment with change managers, project managers, and functional leads.
- Work closely with project managers, SAP functional experts, trainers, and IT leads to capture accurate and up-to-date project information for communication purposes
Experiences and competencies
- Ability to participate in the development and execution of group-level communication and change management campaigns aligned with company’s governance and strategy, program’s objectives.
- Experience in group-level SAP S/4HANA projects and knowledge of project phases is an advantage.
- Strong writing and editing skills for producing communication content (e.g. newsletters, emails, articles, presentations), with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly messages for different audiences.
- Ability to act as a key contact person between the project team and all stakeholders, supporting multiple communication during the SAP S/4 program.
- Familiar with external-facing communication when relevant (e.g., vendor or partner messaging in procurement or supply chain processes).
- Strong organizational skills to manage communication calendars, versioning, and approval workflows.
- Ability to work confidently in a support and coordination role within a larger governance and decision-making framework.
- Ability to create and synthesize information quickly and present it in clear, executive‑friendly formats.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, complex environments typical of large ERP programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder empathy.
- A collaborative mindset with resilience and adaptability during a multi-year transformation.
