We are looking for a motivated Process Analyst to join our team and support the development, standardization, and improvement of our business processes across the organization.

This is a great opportunity to grow in the field of process management, process mining and S/4 Transformation, while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Standardization

  • Support the documentation and maintenance of business processes in a standardized format
  • Contribute to creating clear and structured process models (based on BPMN)
  • Help ensure consistency and efficiency in how processes are described and maintained
  • Apply and promote process management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Participate in process analysis, mapping, and modelling activities
  • Support the identification of improvement opportunities
  • Assist in implementing process improvements together with business streams

Process Governance Framework

  • Contribute to defining and maintaining the Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards
  • Contribute to developing and managing the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)
  • Follow and apply defined process management standards and methodologies
  • Support the development of scalable process governance practices across current and future organizational needs

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business process owners and cross-functional teams
  • Support alignment between business needs and process execution
  • Participate in workshops and process design discussions

Continuous Learning & Development

  • Learn and apply process management methods, tools, and best practices
  • Develop skills in process modeling, governance, and process mining
  • Stay up to date with evolving process management and process mining approaches

Experience & Background

  • 1–5 years of experience in process management, business analysis/related area
  • Basic understanding of process mapping and modelling concepts
  • Experience with process documentation tools and methodologies is an advantage
  • English knowledge at least intermediate level
  • University or college degree

Advantages
