We are looking for a motivated Process Analyst to join our team and support the development, standardization, and improvement of our business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Standardization

• Drive the documentation and maintenance of business processes in a standardized format in the company’s Process Management system 

• Responsible for creating clear and structured process models (based on BPMN)

• Help ensure consistency and efficiency in how processes are described and maintained
• Advanced knowledge on process management methodologies, tools, and best practices 

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Drive in process analysis, mapping, and modelling activities
• Lead the identification of improvement opportunities
• Drive in implementing process improvements together with business streams

Process Governance Framework

• Definine and maintaine the Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards
• Develope and manage the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)
• Follow and apply defined process management standards and methodologies
• Lead the development of scalable process governance practices across current and future organizational needs

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business process owners and cross-functional teams
• Manage alignment between business needs and process execution
• Lead workshops and process design discussions

Continuous Learning & Development

• Learn and apply process management methods, tools, and best practices
• Develop skills in process modeling, governance, and process mining
• Stay up to date with evolving process management and process mining approaches

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in process management, business analysis/related area
• Basic understanding of process mapping and modelling concepts
• Experience with process documentation tools and methodologies is an advantage
• English knowledge at least intermediate level
• University or college degree

• Experience with BPMN or process modelling tools
• Pharma industry knowledge
• Interest or experience in process mining methodology and tools
• Familiarity with SAP / S/4HANA processes
