Operational Support Procurement Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for OPEX-related goods and services.
- Ensure timely procurement of all goods and services required for smooth business operations.
- Align purchasing activities with corporate budgets and strategic goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers for operational expenditure categories.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service standards.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to monitor and manage the OPEX budget.
- Perform spend analyses and benchmarking to improve procurement efficiency.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Work with internal departments (HR, IT, Facility Management, Finance) to meet their procurement needs.
- Support contract negotiations with key service providers.
- Streamline procurement processes for greater efficiency and transparency.
- Utilize digital procurement tools and ERP systems for improved tracking and reporting.
- Foster automation and innovation in OPEX-related procurement activities.
Your profile
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics/supply chain, finance, engineering).
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role—preferably in operational procurement or materials management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
