Omnichannel Manager

About the position

The Omnichannel Manager has a global role in setting digital and omnichannel strategy and standards by connecting BU global strategies to local market realities. In cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal and other areas, this role provides oversight and drive of digital executions across business units and geographies, combining technical, design and marketing skills. 

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in setting omnichannel and digital strategy and standards
• Owns global omnichannel and digital platforms, and related vendor-management
• Ensures KPI and measurement framework by developing systems and dashboards for channel performance and ROI tracking
• Create executive‑level insights by integrating activity, performance and omnichannel ROI
• Drive adoption, integration and continuous improvement of marketing automation, CRM platforms, digital tools, and analytics capabilities to enhance commercial productivity
• Design and execute global omnichannel campaigns
• Drive and challenge country omnichannel plans and execution
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives designed to optimize channel utilization and omnichannel efficiency
• Develop internal digital and omnichannel knowledge across the commercial organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Digital, or related area.
• Fluent English required, additional languages preferred.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Omnichannel, or CRM governance roles
• Work experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Veeva, Salesforce or similar), mass email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailer LITE or similar), website builder platform (WordPress, Webflow, Wix or similar), and web analytics platform (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics - or similar)

• Advanced analytical and strategic‑thinking capability.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge constructively.
• Excellent leadership in project management, and change management.
• Deep expertise in Marketing automation, CRM, BI systems, and multi‑source analytics.
• High degree of business acumen with to bridge strategic and operational priorities.
