Why joining us?

You will contribute to generating, continuously updating and implementing the global brand strategy and action plan for Richter’s Biotechnology and Rheumatology/ Osteoporosis brands (“RIO” brands). You will be managing the local (affiliate level) implementation of the brand strategies of Richter’s RIO brands with the aim of maximizing the profit/value for Gedeon Richter.

Your daily tasks will be

• Creating, updating and implementing the central tactics
• Organize and manage external and internal international educational events in close collaboration with Medical
• Generate, and continuously update global promotional and educational materials in close collaboration with Medical
• Update and implement the digital assets for the central website with the involvement of the specialized agencies
• As a basis for the above build and maintain a deep understanding of the value proposition (such as competitiveness, differentiation, and unique selling points)
• Support regular quarterly business reviews with Gedeon Richter’s affiliates and review and challenge the product forecasts, business strategy and business cases
• Gather a deep understanding of the affiliate’s brand ambitions and action plan
• Jointly with the local organizations identify further growth opportunities for existing products

We are looking for these in your CV

• MSc in Natural Sciences or in Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing, other commercial or medical position in an international environment
• Fluency in English, another European language is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (1 trip quarterly)
