Key  objectives:

a) to maximize the commercial value of  Gedeon Richter’s   Biotech / RIO commercial products – either  in-house developed biosimilars  or in-licensed biosimilars or  other RIO specialty products  -  by generating,  updating and rolling-out of   tailored product and portfolio level marketing strateges  for implementation  by GR affiliates  and  by receiving buy-in from  GR’s affiliates for  these  strategies

b)  To regularly track  GR affiliates  sales and profits  stemming from GR’s Biotech / RIO  commercial products and  together with affiliates to identify  and capture growth opportunities and to mitigate risks 

c) to build and maintain relevant  Biotech / RIO Marketing databases for archiving business and strategy data

Your daily tasks will be

• Product and portfolio level marketing strategy development
• Development of marketing materials and services incl. digital projects   - if needed - in  alignment with Medical
• Regular  support of affiliates regarding  Biotech / RIO products incl. training and  sharing of best practises, 
• Regular analysis of key markets  for commercial GR  RIO / Biotech products (indication areas and  geographic markets)  to identify  growth opportunities  and  risks
• Tracking of RIO / Biotech business of GR affiliates (sales, S&M costs and profits), preparing   for  QBRs
• Presenting  RIO / Biotech marketing strategy,  GR affiliate performance and key challenges / opportunities to  Biotech management
• Assessing late-stage / commercial stage Biotech / RIO in-license opportunities, if needed with support of affiliates, and preparing inital sales and spending FCs  together with  Biotech BD
• Assessing LCM / differentiation  opportunities for GR’s commercial RIO / Biotech portfolio
• Together with Medical presenting GR at relevant international scientific conferences and setting up  international scientific events  for commercial Biotech / RIO portfolio products  
• Prepare and monitor  Biotech / RIO  Marketing budget

We are looking for these in your CV

• 10+ years experience in the pharma / biotech field in   European strategic  and operational marketing functions incl. experience in successful new product launches across Europe.  
• Prior international product management experience. Prior pharma sales experience

• Knowledge and compliance with: applicable laws  and regulations in the pharmaceutical area incl. internal GR regulations  and pertiunent  GR SOPs applicable for the position

• Language: fluency in English,  plus an additional European language
