The Manager of Labeling Strategy leads Richter’s global labeling function, ensuring that product information is scientifically accurate, globally compliant, operationally feasible, and consistently implemented across all markets.

This role sits at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, influencing how our medicines are communicated, manufactured, and supplied worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's global labeling strategy and governance framework.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of CCDS, SmPCs, Package Leaflets, and core product information documents.
• Drive global implementation of labeling changes arising from safety updates, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management activities.
• Ensure alignment between global core documents and local market labeling requirements.
• Take ownership of box compliance and ensure effective translation of approved content into packaging components.
• Coordinate labeling implementation with manufacturing, packaging, and supply planning to maintain compliance while safeguarding product availability.
• Build strong partnerships with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, and affiliate teams worldwide

• Strong experience in Global Regulatory Affairs and/or Labeling.

• Analytical, structured, and capable of bringing clarity to complex situations.
