Join us

  • Create, coordinate, ensure and control the implementation of marketing strategy created and developed by the Company
  • Ensure global communication and co-operation of entrusted product portfolio
  • Audit and support the activities of Global and local General Medicines marketing/product managers
  • Perform direct reporting requirements to Business Unit Head

Your tasks would be

Major job functions in his capacity as a senior leader of the Company:

Planning duties:

  • Strategic planning – define the marketing and sales strategy of entrusted portfolio establish a place for it within the life-cycle plan.  
  • Marketing planning - coordination of the preparation of Global marketing plans
  • External analyses – control/arrange/facilitate the preparation of International strategic market analyses and make use of such analyses in order to promote and improve strategic decisions about the entrusted products.  
  • Identify new market and business opportunities.
  • Define marketing strategies.
  • Internal analyses – apply strategic product analyses to reach strategic decisions in terms of strategic projects. 
  • Coordinate the initiation of Market research
  • Global Marketing budget control
  • Estimate sales volume relevant to the market (per country and pro). 
  • Propose the requirements for planned objectives in terms of the network of medical sales representatives
  • Review the arrangement of the network of medical sales representatives & suggest relevant structure changes.

 

Other requirements

Management and control functions

  • Coordinate draft marketing plan revision (budget figures, action plans, actions, positioning) and review implementation of the approved plan.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual reports revision focusing on the marketing and sales activity. 
  • Compile special and ad hoc reports requested by Global Head of General Medicines
  • Keep monitoring forecasts of actual sales and marketing budget utilization
  • Plan, coordinate and review implementation of conferences and company events relevant to the marketing activity (duties, marketing and advertisement materials, installations, sponsorship). 
  • Control implementation of marketing strategy.
  • Resolve complex issues relevant to product promotions.
  • Measurement and evaluation - testing, monitoring, evaluation of marketing tactics
  • Supervise new product launches on Global level.
  • Keep up with the competition at all levels. 
  • Monitor and analyze performance of the marketing and sales teams. 
  • Assess the capability level of Global Marketing/Product managers and determine appropriate actions.
  • Define requirements; provide support and improvement in terms of the training of PM's.
