Logistics Business Process Owner (BPO)

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global Logistics process strategy, governance, and target operating model.
  • Lead process standardization across warehouses, sites, and regions while promoting best-practice, fit-to-standard solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Master Data, and Finance processes.
  • Oversee testing, user acceptance, change management, and business readiness activities to support successful process adoption
  • Own end-to-end Logistics process performance and outcomes.
  • Chair process governance forums and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, on-time delivery and logistics costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
  • Own enhancement backlog and strategic roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation or Supply Chain process management.
  • Deep knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, transportation and distribution processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or IT.
  • S/4HANA, EWM, TM and pharmaceutical experience preferred
