The Junior Contract & Finance specialist is responsible for developing , managing  and deliver the IA obligations in terms of Contract management , in collaboration with ; CCPS, IA, BI, Legal, Finance , Supply & Manufacturing. Additionally , role to include financial Monthly & Quarterly revenue estimating , liaising between Controlling , SCM & CCPS team , as Monthly & Quarterly revenue estimates are required by Financial Controlling dept , greater accuracy is required to compliment this financial governance.

This role is critical in ensuring the success of our commercial business model by developing monitoring partner/customer performance, optimizing profitability, and maintaining strong relationships & compliance with key partners/customers. The individual will ensure that contracts remain up to date, compliant  and aligned with broader Corporate goals and  ISU BU business strategies and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Ensure that all contracts with partners/customers are up to date/renewed and aligned with business (financial) objectives.

• Development & maintenance of contemporary LO Partner contracts , with all the relevant provisions

• Commercial conditions validation - not valid, Order, FC, shipment, List: on what grounds can a contract be terminated

• Approve proposed waves in EU & North America is 1st wave , proposed for high value and License.

• Credit ( term & value ) implementation & day to day management of partners in collaboration & liaison with Global Risk 

Internal Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, regulatory, Marketing, medical, market access, compliance, IA and manufacturing & supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Complete all key operational tasks, which ensures smooth supply to our partners/customers.

Requirements

• Qualifications: degree in Business Administration /Economics /Para -legal , possibly with additional accountancy qualifications.
• Fluency in spoken & Written English

• Preferably 1 year of experience in international commercial roles (Contrast, finance , Sales) within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in managing external partnerships Contracts & finacial reports /review estimations
