We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Commercial Client Partnership Specialist to join our team and contribute to our international commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Planning & Strategy Development
- Develop and execute annual commercial business plans for partner/client markets
- Contribute to brand strategies, commercial, medical, regulatory, supply (GDP), and market access activities
- Drive revenue growth, accurate forecasting, and profitability
Partner/Client Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate partner/client performance against sales targets and commitments
- Track key KPIs including inventory, marketing, regulatory, supply, and medical performance
- Conduct regular business reviews, providing insights and identifying growth opportunities
Market & Profitability Analysis
- Build in-depth knowledge of assigned markets, including competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements
Contract & Relationship Management
- Maintain, update, and renew contracts with partners/clients aligned with business (financial) objectives
- Act as a key account manager, representing company interests across financial, supply, regulatory, and other areas
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, IA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain)
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on partner/client market performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA) in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field

MBA is an advantage

Advantages

At least 1 year of international commercial (sales & marketing) experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Experience in managing external partners, licensing agreements, or international business development
