International IT Service manager
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service manager to lead and shape our IT governance initiatives across our subsidiaries. This role will play a critical part in extending our services to subsidiaries, assessing their maturity, and driving compliance with group-wide IT standards .The successful candidate will also oversee contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and the integration of subsidiaries into demand management and other group-wide processes.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Governance Framework:
- Coordinate the design, implement, and maintain a global IT governance framework to support the group and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with other departments and oversee the implementation and adherence to IT standards, policies, and procedures, compliance, and operational excellence
Maturity Assessment:
- Coordinate IT maturity assessments across subsidiaries to evaluate their current state.
- Develop tailored roadmaps to support their growth and alignment with HQ standards.
Global Processes & Collaboration:
- Drive integration of subsidiaries into group-wide processes such as demand management, resource planning, and reporting.
- Foster collaboration between HQ and subsidiaries to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of IT priorities.
Contracts & SLAs:
- Oversee contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with subsidiaries to ensure clear expectations and deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and address deviations proactively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate regular communication and workshops to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT governance processes and subsidiary engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in English at a business level
