International HR controller
Gedeon Richter Plc. is a leading mid-pharma company in Central and Eastern Europe with a growing international presence. To support our global HR operations, we’re looking for an experienced International HR Controller to help build and standardize HR controlling processes across our commercial subsidiaries and manufacturing entities. You’ll play a key role in delivering corporate-level visibility on HR-related cost structures and workforce dynamics, supporting executive decision-making through high-quality data, reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out standard HR controlling processes (headcount, budgeting, forecasting)
- Provide consolidated HR cost reporting and analysis for top management
- Prepare executive-level materials and dashboards supporting corporate decisions
- Partner with international HR and finance teams to improve data quality and consistency
- Identify gaps and drive process improvement and harmonization
- Offer insight-based recommendations on cost structures
- Support cross-functional projects involving organizational or HR financial topics
Your profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 10+ years in HR controlling, FP&A or financial controlling
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, costs and metrics
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
- Fluent English; confident in day-to-day collaboration as well as occasional presentations to senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work across countries and functions; assertive and structured
