Duties

  • Ownership, operation and development of digital HR systems: You’ll be responsible for effective operation and development of HR systems.
  • Operation: demand management (settings, parameterization, loading, user rights management, queries, data maintenance tasks); user support; incident management (Level 1); problem management
  • Development: Support the development and implementation projects, version management; change / configuration / demand management; collaborate with the IT team on system configuration and integration issues
  • Leading key users: You will manage and coordinate the key user team (4-6 colleagues) for SuccessFactors and SAP HR systems, ensuring effective operation and problem resolution. Supervise and support the team’s daily work to ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Process development and digitalization: You will support the digitalization of HR processes, propose system improvements to ensure the systems operate according to the latest technological trends.
  • Data governance: You will be in charge of managing and protecting the HR system data, ensuring reliability, accuracy and HR data compliance. Prepare reports and analyses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data availability. You will be part of the Company’s data governance and implementation team.
  • International expansion: You’ll participate in the international implementation of HR systems and assist in creating operating concepts.
  • Close collaboration: You will work closely with HR, AIT, Payroll departments to ensure the effective operation and development of systems.

Qualifications required

  • 5+ years of HR IT project management or Key User experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in HR IT system implementation, development, and testing.
  • SuccessFactors and Employee Central knowledge is required; SAP HR knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent Hungarian and English language skills.
  • A dynamic, proactive attitude, with a focus on creating and operating user-friendly and modern HRIS systems.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and team management skills.
  • Leadership competencies: decision-making, performance management, change leadership, staff development, and customer-focused mindset.
