HR Compensation and Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Job grading with global (international) focus
  • Developing and implementing remuneration policy and processes (e.g. salary bands, wage increase / bonus / reward processes)
  • Developing and implementing global mobility policy and processes
  • Participation in wage budget planning and budget keeping goal
  • Advise and guide HRBP’s, recruiters, managers
  • Coordinating Compensation & Benefit and Job grading projects
  • Preparation of analyses, reports

Requirements

 

  • 6+ years global compensation + job grading background, 3+ years experience in HR managerial position, University/College degree
  • Good written and spoken English and Hungarian
  • Ability to represent our corporate values (responsibility, people orientation, innovation and excellence)
  • Core required management competencies: strategic thinking, decision making, performance management, leading changes, effective team management, developing colleagues, client-centric mindset
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills
  • Good computer (MS Office, professional Excel) skills; advantage: being familiar with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP HR
