About the role

Join our Global Digitalisation Team and act as the global SAP QM subject matter expert, driving process harmonization and digital transformation initiatives across Richter's global quality network. You will support SAP QM implementations, master data governance and process standardization across subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the global SAP QM template and related business process standards across Richter sites
• Support SAP QM implementation and rollout projects across subsidiaries and manufacturing locations
• Act as the primary SAP QM subject matter expert during affiliate onboarding, deployment and process harmonization activities
• Coordinate global SAP QM enhancements, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the creation, harmonization and governance of SAP QM master data, including inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, material specifications and other quality-related master data objects
• Develop and maintain global process documentation, procedures and work instructions
• Deliver SAP QM process trainings for local business users, key users and support teams
• Coordinate and support testing, user acceptance testing and validation activities
• Collaborate with LIMS, MES, EWM and other enterprise application teams to ensure seamless integration
• Support validation, qualification and compliance activities in accordance with GMP, CSV and Data Integrity requirements
• Support internal and external audits and health authority inspections

Requirements

• Education: University degree 
• Language skills: Advanced English 
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP QM in a pharmaceutical environment 
• Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control processes 
• Strong understanding of SAP QM master data, inspection processes and integrations 
• Experience with computerised systems validation (CSV), GMP and Data Integrity requirements 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
