To lead the strategic development and optimization of the General Medicines portfolio by shaping long-term portfolio direction, driving asset prioritization, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to guide investment decisions and maximize portfolio value across global markets.

Your taks

Portfolio Strategy & Planning

• Define and continuously refine the global portfolio strategy for General Medicines in alignment with therapeutic priorities and market dynamics.
• Lead portfolio reviews and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio and propose mitigation or acceleration strategies.

Asset Evaluation & Prioritization

• Drive cross-functional assessments of pipeline and in-line assets to inform go/no-go decisions and lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with BD to evaluate external opportunities for strategic fit and value contribution to the portfolio.
• Support indication expansion, geographic rollout, and lifecycle extension strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner Business Development, R&D, IP, Medical, Regulatory, Fiannce, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure portfolio plans are executable and aligned with development and market access capabilities.
• Facilitate governance processes and ensure timely and data-driven decision-making

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical portfolio strategy, product planning, or related strategic roles.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA or PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and global portfolio management.
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization
• Ability to manage complexity and drive clarity
