Global Medical Expert

Provide medical expert knowledge to clinical development, portfolio management and marketing activities
Key role in the scientific/medical assessment of candidate molecules and potential in-licensing candidates (i.e. portfolio assessment), in the planning of clinical development strategies and authority interactions (preparation of scientific advice materials)
Responsibilities
- Participate in and contribute to due diligence or new drug evaluations including timely review/assessment of clinical development results/plans.
- Establish medical expert knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas within corporate organization with focus on inflammatory diseases in rheumatology and dermatology.
- Provide scientific/medical support to ongoing clinical studies.
- Support medical monitoring activities.
- Support the registration of Richter’s biologics and prepare responses to medical inquires received from the market.
- Support marketing activities/programs:
- Identify, establish and maintain professional relationship with key opinion leaders/external medical experts.
- Set up and coordinate advisory boards and round tables.
- Provide training of medical/marketing projects to the affiliates, commercial partners.
- Support new product introductions in collaboration with regulatory, marketing and sales departments and other relevant corporate functions, provide input to both the design and content of marketing materials, collaborate with the legal/compliance teams to ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
- Initiate and participate in scientific publications.
- Evaluate potential post-marketing study proposals, support approved studies.
- Actively search for meetings, symposia, congresses, Continuous Medical Education (CME) which could bring additional value to the relevant therapy area and development strategy.
- Answer authority questions related to the clinical development during the registration of drugs outside Europe, accompany the partner to face-to-face authority meetings where GR participation is also required.
Qualifications
- University degree in MD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in oral and written English,
- Team player with solid project management skills,
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with strategic thinking and acting.
