Position summary
The Medical Advisor contributes to the development of medical strategy and provides medical input and medical guidance ensuring support for pipeline shaping in the given therapeutic area. He/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining medical and scientific dialogue with multiple internal & external stakeholders, including external experts, key opinion/thought leaders and development partners.

Your responsibilities
- You bring in-depth knowledge of development projects and related therapeutic areas, including follow-up of standard of care, unmet medical need, regulatory guidelines, reports, opinions, precedents and competitors
- You will participate in the development of global medical strategy and Women’s Health portfolio development, making proposals for pipeline expansion
- You will take part in the preparation of clinical development plans and planning of clinical trials
- You will perform medical expert tasks in the analysis of clinical trials
- As a Global Medical Advisor you will liaison with external experts and partners, professional consultation on development projects
- Medical assessment of the candidate product in licensing projects, including medical potential, medical-regulatory considerations and results of tests performed
- You will represent our medical and clinical development aspects in decision-making processes
What you bring to Richter
- Medical OR pharmaceutical university degree
- Work experience gained in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar medical role (at least 3-5 years of relevant experience)
- Hands-on experience in developing global medical strategy and product portfolio
- Excellent command of English language, English is our working language
- Ability to critically evaluate the scientific literature and data
- Good process approach and synthesizing ability
