Global Marketing Lead CNS
Responsibilities
- Developing global marketing strategy for brands & category (group of brands), coordination of new product launches
- Planning and execution of global promotional campaigns, and events, leading and controlling marketing activities in affiliates
- Profit and loss responsibility, monitor market trends and own sales, observe changes in the therapeutic area, make reports
- Commitment to full ownership of the brands allocated from the feasibility phase to the end of the promotion
- Setting market access and pricing strategy
- Forecasting and demand planning
- HQ and affiliate budget planning and control
- Initiation of LCM projects and proactive participation in the lifecycle management of assigned products
- Support business development decisions, overview offers, analyze data, make sales forecast
- Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, partners
- Supervise the whole brand group and lead/support the international brand manager’s job from a professional point of view
- Professional coordination, and mentoring of the brand manager(s)
Requirements
- University degree (medical, pharmacist or economist)
- Fluency in English at a conversational level
- Computer skills at user level
- Ability to work independently, but also to work well in a team
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
