Global Employment Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities
- Global legal support in connection with cross-border employment and workforce management
- Regulatory compliance
- Drafting and reviewing international employment contracts
- Provide legal advice on labor compliance while ensuring corporate governance compliance
- Managing employment related aspects of cross-border corporate restructuring and M&A transaction
- Interpreting and applying international labour standards and regulatroy frameworks
Requirements
- Law degree and a minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a multinational environment
- Competent in global employment policy, international contract drafting and multijurisdictional legal analysis
- Cross-cultural communication
- Pragmatic, business oriented approach
- Competent in legal/ contractual terminology
- Fluent in English/negotiation level
