Global Compensation and Benefit expert

About the role

The Colleague in this role will be member of the Compensation & Benefit team within HR; and is required to have a global compensation / job grading background. We are looking for a fully competent and productive professional contributor who works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. Works closely with Global Mobility, HRBP’s, Recruiting, HR Admin, Payroll, Tax and Legal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a PM in global grading projects (Korn Ferry knowledge is an advantage) and maintain the existing ones.
  • Act as PM in Pay transparency project globally.
  • Develop and maintain global compensation structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Managing the data provision for salary benchmark surveys.
  • Provide guidance and support to HRBPs, recruiters and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Participate annual salary review processes, including merit increases and bonus payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations.

Requirements

  • 5 years global compensation + job grading background
  • Completed University/College studies
  • Fluent Hungarian (native level) and strong English knowledge (both written and oral) are a must.
  • Good computer (MS Office, professional Excel) skills
  • Advantage: being familiar with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP HR
  • Advantage: knowledge of Korn Ferry job grading method
