Global C&B Lead
Responsibilities
- Act as a PM in global HR projects: grading, EU pay transparency, harmonization projects, etc.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation and benefit strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures; including base pay, short- and long term incentives
- Provide guidance and training materials on compensation policies, processes, and tools
- Executive compensation: Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy preparation and development
- Ensure compensation programs are applied consistently while allowing for regional and local market practices
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Prepare compensation analyses, models, and reports to support decision-making at global and regional levels
- Monitor compensation trends and cost impacts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations.
- Managing the data provision for salary benchmark surveys.
- Provide guidance and support to HRBPs, recruiters and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Works closely with HRBP’s, Global Mobility, Recruiting, HR Admin, Payroll, Tax and Legal departments, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 5 years global compensation and job grading background
- Completed University/College studies
- English knowledge is a must (both written and oral)
- Ability to independently facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, even when dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential information
- Precise, reliable attitude; high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to improve processes and to identify potential problems and issues easily
- Advantage: being familiar with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP HR
- Advantage: knowledge of Korn Ferry job grading method
- Independent, result oriented working style
- Strong cooperation and communication skills
- Good computer (MS Office, professional Excel) skills
- Interpret and apply laws, policies and regulations; prepare and present information clearly
