Event coordinator

Your tasks

An Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the scientific event planning and execution process as well as the event management and coordination related to all Business Units and their global operations.

• Organizing events (trainings or other personal meetings) 
• Coordinating relationships with third parties 
• Assisting relationships with vendors and venues 
• Assisting internal teams
• Managing team calendars
• ToV records managing
• Managing events and addressing potential problems 
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
• Keeping the contact details of colleagues working at GR affiliates up to date
• Collaboration with different Business Units

We are looking for these in your CV

• Bachelor degree in business administration, event management, leisure or tourism, marketing or legal
• Relevant experience of a similar or administrative job and knowledge of the industry
• Experience with Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Fluency in English is a must
• Willingness to extensive travel
• Independent way of working and high motivation
• Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, goal and deadline orientation
• Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event

These mean a plus

• Russian language
• Experience in the pharma industry
