Digital Procurement Transformation Expert

Responsibilites

  • Design, automate, and optimize reporting processes and structures covering data from ECC and Ariba S2C systems
  • Develop Procurement Dashboard (Spend analysis, Spend by Category, Savings achieved, Procurement Lifecycle, Supplier Performance, System utilization)
  • Develop retroactive reporting for supporting and boost compliant system usage
  • Coordination of the KPI setting
  • Establish data driven decision making process
  • Being core team member of all ARIBA implementation project as Project delivery Expert
  • Acting as ARIBA Core Admin focus on Users, user groups, Master Data, Data and approval workflows
  • Acting as Template Owner: Manage configurations and implement new features in the system
  • Responsible for establishing ARIBA Reporting
  • Troubleshoot issues and propose system enhancements
  • S4/HANA Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Core Team Member in Data Governance stream (S4 implementation project)
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues while implementing standardized data management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, information technology, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and S4/HANA systems, particularly the MDM module
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, data management, or a similar role
