Data & Reporting Team Lead (Project management)
Your responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development of new, corporate-level Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data reporting processes & technical solutions related to product development projects. Standardisation of regular reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports)
- Enhance data-driven operation throughout the implementation of automatized processes, develop new data quality measures, strengthen PPM data stewardship
- Provide professional supervision in PPM data & application management activities
- Coordinate the capacity planning of product development projects, ensure data quality, fine-tune the capacity planning methodology, support data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of individual data & report needs (consultation with data owners, key stakeholders of the Business Units)
- Planisware PPM tool knowledge base development
- Represent leadership & professional standpoints in strategic projects, technical and decision-making forums
- Line-management, performance evaluation and competency development of data stewards, project assistants within the PPM Data Excellence team
Your background
- Minimum MS; Economics, PharmD, PhD or equivalent preferred
- Innovative, data-driven, process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills (hungarian and english)
- Business intelligence skills
- Line management experience
- Project management experience
- High level of problem solving skills
- Knowledge of product development processes (min 5 years of professional experience).
- Knowledge of pharma IT systems (Project Portfolio Management, ERP, data management tools)
Would be a plus if you have
- Planisware PPM tool knowledge
- Data governance knowledge
- Projekt methodology knowledge
