Customer Supply Chain Manager
Your daily tasks will be

Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across assigned regions or partner groups, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently met

Coordinate supply and delivery execution, monitor order flow, resolve delays, and communicate production and delivery status to stakeholders

Oversee returns, samples, and special shipments, making operational decisions and guiding internal teams

Maintain strong collaboration with logistics providers and internal partners, supporting contract management, cost planning, and improvement initiatives

Supervise inventory and replenishment processes, including stock status monitoring, reconciliations, and goods disposition decisions

Evaluate delivery performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in service, efficiency, and cost control

Support Business Development in managing complex logistics structures such as triangle business models

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient supply chain execution
What we look in your CV
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Economics, or a related field (Master’s is preferred)
- 5-8 years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
- English (B2 or above) – essential for communication, negotiations, reporting, and contract handling
- Hungarian (native or near-native) – expected for daily operations and internal collaboration
