Customer Supply Chain Manager
Your daily tasks will be
- Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations within the assigned region or partner group, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently achieved
- Coordinate supply and delivery execution, handle exceptions, and communicate production and delivery updates to stakeholders
- Oversee the management of returns, samples, and special shipments, making operational decisions and guiding internal teams accordingly
- Maintain strong collaboration with logistics providers and internal functions, supporting contract management, cost planning, and process improvements
- Supervise inventory management and replenishment activities to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock levels
- Lead and contribute to improvement initiatives enhancing supply chain performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Support Business Development in implementing and overseeing complex logistics models (e.g., triangle business setups)
What we look in your CV
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Economics, or a related field (Master’s is preferred)
- 3-5 years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
- English (B2 or above) – essential for communication, negotiations, reporting, and contract handling
- Hungarian (native or near-native) – expected for daily operations and internal collaboration

- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, from strategy to execution
- Strong experience in logistics provider management, tendering, and contracting
- Proficiency in supply chain performance management (OTIF, inventory, cost efficiency)
- Advanced analytical and data visualization skills for operational and strategic insights
- Ability to proactively monitor and optimize inventory performance
Soft Skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration to align supply chain and commercial priorities
- Effective communication and coordination to ensure seamless operations
