Controlling business partner specialist
Join us
As a Controlling Business Partner Expert, you will have a dynamic role with approximately 50% coordination tasks and 50% senior specialist responsibilities. You will act as a key link between the Controlling team and business units, supporting strategic projects and daily operational processes.
Key Responsibilities

Understanding the workflows of the entire team and identifying interconnections across functions.

Proactively proposing standardization, report improvements, enhanced data access, and efficiency optimization initiatives.

Acting as a single point of contact for the Controlling team on delegated projects (e.g., strategic initiatives, CDP coordination).

Assessing new business needs and coordinating their fulfillment within Richter.

Delegating tasks and sub-tasks among team members for cross-functional projects.

Preparing preliminary calculations for production transfers, investments, product modifications, new product launches, and product discontinuations, and presenting results to management.

Aligning the Controlling calendar with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of reports.

Conducting analyses and supporting cost-reduction initiatives with actionable insights.
Education and experience

University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance or controlling roles.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint), with a passion for working with data
