Responsibilities

1. Business Understanding & Insight Generation

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial and financial performance across Business Units and regions
• Proactively identify key analytical topics based on trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities
• Detect early warning signals and uncover underlying business issues requiring further investigation

2. Advanced Analytics & Financial Insights

• Deliver in‑depth analyses of Gross‑to‑Net, Sales & Marketing spend, and portfolio profitability from a cross‑regional and cross‑BU perspective
• Integrate and harmonize complex data sources into coherent, business‑relevant insights
• Translate analytical results into clear, structured narratives with strong business impact

3. Executive Materials & Decision Support

• Prepare executive‑ready materials for GCC leadership, Business Unit Heads, and Regional Management
• Create compelling presentations that combine analytical rigor with storytelling
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and strategic decision‑making initiatives

4. Reporting, Automation & Process Improvement

• Contribute to the development of financial reporting frameworks, especially in Revenue, Gross‑to‑Net, GM%, and Sales & Marketing
• Support and enhance reporting solutions using tools such as Anaplan and Power BI
• Drive automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure alignment and consistency of analyses across regions and Business Units
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and other functions
• Work closely with Group BI, Group Finance, and BU/Regional Controlling teams to continuously improve analytical outputs

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage

Language Skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Hungarian language skills are an advantage

Professional Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Analytics within a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in Gross‑to‑Net, Sales & Marketing, and profitability analysis
• Proven track record in preparing executive‑level materials and delivering clear, impactful business storytelling
• Hands‑on experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and other corporate reporting tools
