Business Analyst Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT projects by finalizing business requirements and preparing, reviewing relevant documentation.
• Provide consultancy and analytical input during the conceptual phase of projects.
• Contribute expert support to the development of business area IT strategies and technology roll-out initiatives.
• Conduct business requirement gathering and prepare requirement documentation.
• Review and provide feedback on supplier documentation.
• Offer continuous consultation throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with AIT project managers.
• Evaluate preliminary business requirement documents and concepts.
• Participate in supplier selection processes through expert consultation and evaluation.
• Actively contribute to the preparation, development, and execution of IT strategies and technology roll-out plans.
• Regularly participate in key strategic projects within Richter.
• Assist in documenting AIT processes and regulations.
• Maintain communication with internal and external partners, including business requestors.
• Ensure compliance with AIT organizational operations and methodologies.
• Use the PPM tool proficiently.

Reguirements

• Education: University or college degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in a large enterprise IT environment.
• Languages: English proficiency (conversational level).

Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking.
• High-level documentation skills.
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Knowledge of process modeling standards.
• Ability to translate unique business needs into standard industry solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of at least one complex strategic system/application (as product owner).
• Intermediate-level Business Analyst certification.
